Brad Pederson co-founded a vending, payphone and coffee service company named Southwest Services Inc. in 1986. He oversaw the conversion of the Southwest Services Company to a slot route operation in 1990. Building and maintaining solid relationships with the route partners served as the cornerstone of Southwest Gaming’s success and remains the focal point of G.R.O. Brad now serves as President of Golden Route Operations.
After graduating from Clark High School, he moved from Las Vegas to attend Arizona State University. After graduation, Brad accepted a position with Frito-Lay Inc., as a shipping supervisor. A few years later Brad became the Sales and Marketing Manager for Canteen Corporation, the worlds largest food and vending route-company based in Los Angeles, California. In 1984 Mr. Pederson moved back to Las Vegas to work for Vega Vending Inc. as Vice President.

GILBERT DIRECTOR OF GAMING OPERATIONS
Mr. Gilbert is the Director of Gaming Operations
for Golden Route Operations. Rick joined the company
in July of 1992. His responsibilities include overseeing
the installation and service of all gaming equipment
in the field.
Prior to joining G.R.O., Rick worked in a USDA
food production facility overseeing the production
and sales of frozen food products.
Rick started in the gaming industry as a route
technician in 1985 and has been involved in field
service for 24 years.
